Welcome to Our New Staff Members!

Welcome to Our New Staff Members!

We would like to welcome our newest staff members to the AHS family.

  • Mrs. Greway is the new administrative assistant in Mr. Miller's office. Mrs. Greway has worked previously at Mansion Avenue in the Main Office, so she is very familiar with our middle school students. We are very excited to have her join us at the high school!
  • Mrs. Lin joins us as she moves from Mansion Avenue to the HS. She will be joining our Special Education department teaching Mathematics.
  • Ms. Venuti is a new full-time Mathematics teacher. She graduated from Moravian College in 2014 with a B.S. in Mathematics and a Minor in Music. This will be her 3rd year of teaching. In addition to teaching, Ms. Venuti has been playing tennis since she was 14 years old (4 years at Washington Township High School, 4 years at Moravian, and still continues to play as a USTA Member). Ms. Venuti has also played the viola since she was 8 years old and was a member of the All South Jersey and All State Orchestras throughout grade school.
  • Mrs. Gifford graduated from Rowan University and previously taught at Williamstown HS and Mansion Avenue (4th, 5th, 9th, & 11th grades). She graduated from Audubon HS and is a resident of Audubon. She joins our Special Education department this fall.
  • Ms. DiGiambattista will be joining our Language Arts department as a long-term substitute for the fall of 2017. She graduated in 2011 from Paul VI High School and graduated from Rowan University with two degrees, English and Subject Matter Education. During her off time, Ms. DiGiambattista's biggest hobby is to travel. She has friends located all over the US and spends much of her time visiting them and exploring new places. She has played basketball since she was 5 years old and continues to volunteer coach.
  • Mrs. Lewis-Deacon has been teaching in the Audubon School District for three years, though this will be her first in the high school. She graduated from Audubon HS and went on to further her education at Rutgers University and began her work in behavioral education. She joins our Social Studies department as a Special Education teacher. Mrs. Lewis-Deacon has two children, a dog, two cats, and a husband. She loves to spend time down the shore with her family.

Additionally, we have several student teachers with us this fall.

  • Melanie Ledoux - Student teaching with Mr. Greway (Science)
  • Bridget Silhol - Student teaching with Mrs. Kavanaugh (Language Arts)
  • Phil Tarricone - Student teaching with Mr. Collazzo & Mrs. Collazzo (Social Studies)
